Schmankerl Brett – our typical Austrian snack, served on a wooden board. Enjoy regional delicacies such as Austrian sausage specialties, mountain flower cheese, gherkins, radish, horseradish, mustard and pretzels.

Boiled beef boiled beef

Tender beef cooked in a strong chive sauce and served in the traditional way with carrots, celery, apple horseradish and bouillon potatoes. Let this Austrian classic melt in your mouth.

Original Wiener Schnitzel

Our Wiener Schnitzel, made from thin, breaded and golden-brown fried veal schnitzel and served with parsley potatoes, lettuce, cranberries and lemon, promises pure culinary variety.

Caramelized Kaiserschmarrn

You have to try Kaiserschmarrn, probably the most traditional Austrian dessert made from fluffy pancake batter with plum roast and rum raisins, served with vanilla ice cream.
